Terms and Conditions

In order to book your stay in our Coral Cay Holiday Home, you must first make a phone reservation (see reservations page), a booking form may be required which will be sent to you. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Booking Confirmation

Once your completed booking form and security deposit have been received (and funds cleared if payment is by cheque) you will receive full confirmation of your booking and a schedule of dates and payments.

Cancellation

Should the worst happen and you have to cancel your booking after full confirmation has been given, the following charges would apply:

• More than 6 weeks prior to arrival: Deposit
• Between 4 & 6 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of rental cost
• Between 2 & 4 weeks prior to arrival: 75% of rental cost
• Less then 2 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of rental cost

Insurance

For your own piece of mind and considering the loss that would occur if you had to cancel your booking, we recommend that you take out Trip Cancellation Insurance.

Arrival & Departures

The rental commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and ceases at 11am on the day of departure.

Occupancy

Florida State Law prohibits subletting, sharing, or assigning. Only the named persons on the booking form are permitted to stay in the house; anyone else found to be staying in the property may be asked to leave by the Management Company.

Utilities

The rental of the property includes electricity and water charges.

No Smoking Policy

This is a strictly non-smoking accommodation.

Parking

All vehicles at the property must be parked in the driveway with a maximum of two vehicles at any time excluding commercial vehicles, mobile homes, campers and trailers which are restricted. Pick-up trucks and sport utility vehicles with a cargo capacity of 1 ton or less are fine.

Liability

The owners and their agents do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused as a result of the property and private hot-tub. It is your responsibility to ensure that children are supervised at all times.
